"Cantonese hospitality at its best! The family who runs the place masters the art of taking care of their guests. We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time. The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China. All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed. Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own. The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot. Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food. In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated. The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!"

"古鎮的氛圍很好，新年期間雖然很多人，但很熱鬧，這才是新年！渡假村內有很多特備節目和表演，大人細路都玩得很高興，煙花秀必看！噹噹車上層80元下層50元一位，個人覺得有點貴。我住戲劇酒店露台房，在陽台上便能看到樓下的街景和感受到熱鬧氣氛，很是不錯！如果喜歡拍照打卡的，早上早點起床，八點以前也是沒人的，任拍！停車場離園區入口有點遠，拿著大包小包有點重，不太方便。"

"是次行程預訂了江景雙床房，晚上9時才抵達辦理入住，車泊門口，酒店大堂裝修華麗，房間及浴室的裝潢佈置媲美外資星級酒店，床鋪亦乾淨舒適，自助早餐食物種類選擇不多，但味道不錯。唯酒店遠離市區，附近十分荒蕪，毗鄰只有一間便利店，另外座廁有輕微淤塞問題。總括而言，週末能以¥300入住此等質素的酒店確實十分超值，推介給自駕及純粹留宿一晚的朋友。"

"親子友好，孩子在房間玩得不願出去。早餐在不遠處的美堂酒店就餐，工作日不是自助而是套餐，孩子有小童套餐，雞蛋羹那種，大寶寶有點吃不飽。不足之處是房間窗户沒有紗窗，不敢開窗，屋內發現了隱翅蟲和蚊子。 赤坎古鎮的表演很精彩，展示了赤坎的歷史，華僑的赤誠之心，很感動。"

"管理混亂：1、前台與客房服務管理脱節，前台不清楚打掃房間的進度，無法告知入住時間，12點前前一波客人退房，16點才入住；2、客房打掃緩慢，一是人手不夠，一個人員負責一層20間，二是業務不熟練，打掃一個房間30分鐘；3、工作安排不合理，12:00-15:00退房高峯入住高峯期，一層客房打掃人員都不在，吃飯去了？4、接待能力有限，還滿負荷承接入住；建議一，通過小禮品鼓勵客人11點前退房，減少資源佔用；建議二，員工錯峯吃飯；建議三，提高自助化水平，增設房卡發放機，減少人工確認的流程；建議四，接駁車乘車點增加到地圖上，讓客人少走冤枉路；建議五，酒店大堂多設定一些座位，減少長者等待的辛苦程度；"

"Dieses Aufenthalt in der Ping Ping-Konferenz erlebt eine tolle Erfahrung! Der Hotelservice ist intim und aufmerksam und kann auch den Druckservice genießen, wenn Sie aus dem Haus gehen. Sie können die Reise einfach in einen wertvollen Gedenkpunkt einrichten und die Details sind so ehrlich! Die geografische Lage ist sehr beeindruckend. Unterhalb dieses Stockwerks sind die Theaterplätze ”Südblock! Südblock!” und ”Zurück”. Unterhalb des Stockwerks kann man eine wunderbare Show fühlen. Nach einigen Schritten können Sie wieder im Hotel ausruhen, es ist einfach nicht zu bequem! Und noch überraschender ist, dass der Zurückgang zum Hotel links am Südtür-Hauptbahnhof ist. Wenn Sie nicht das Drama sehen möchten, können Sie auch die Stadt besuchen. Aber denken Sie daran, Tickets zu kaufen und die Fahrzeit zu fragen ～ stark empfohlen!"

"一次難得的度假體驗，能在這麼偏僻的山村修建一個品質高舒適的民宿真是難道。店長親切温暖，一定要試試預訂的晚餐，當時糾結沒定，最後因為太遠沒出門，沒吃到土黃鱔飯，衹是涼瓜炒牛肉也很美味。庭院裏喝茶學習發呆，渡過了兩天世外桃源般的生活，愜意美好。"
